Kajo-keji Christian College is calling for applications for Bachelor of Theology November 2024 intake
This intensive course is offered to;
- Direct entry students who sat for South Sudan Secondary school certificate and have passed at least 7 subjects obtained in one sitting.
- Diploma in Theology students who wants to upgrade to Bachelor level
- Students who have a Bachelor degree in a different subject.
The course is long distance study where students come once a month every semester for concentrated learning.
In the vocational ministry service, the students undertaking the programme are equipped with a robust theological knowledge and skills of preaching and teaching, pastoral care, liturgy and worship, church administration, service and outreach, ecumenism and interfaith relations. These enables the clergy to shepherd every aspect of church life with spiritual wisdom, insight, and purpose. It is invaluable for effective Christ centered leadership.
In other professions, the theology knowledge provides key benefits such as having insights into human nature and spirituality, interfaith dialogue and cultural understanding, ethical decision-making, cultural sensitivity and diversity appreciation, and the development of critical thinking and communication skills. These benefits find applications in professions such as counselling, therapy, mental health, diplomacy, education, social work, law, medicine, business, tourism, journalism, international relations, anthropology, management, public speaking, teaching, and writing.
