The ICT Head of department is responsible for reviewing and developing the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment in his/her area of curricular responsibility throughout the school. She/he is responsible for ensuring that each individual student experiences a high quality of education in that subject, which meets their individual needs and allows the students to experience success at a level commensurate with their ability. The ICT Head of department is responsible for ensuring that ALL students fulfil their academic potential in the subject and obtain the best possible results in all internally and externally moderated examinations. KCC Website maintenance, media Communication and social media influence• Respond to media inquiries and perform media outreach to promote KCC activities through frequent update of the KCC website and pages.• Reach out to partners through social media and email.• In consultation with the KCC administration determine strategic communicationcampaigns that will help further KCC goals.• Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos of all activities conducted by KCC• Write and deliver internal and external newsletter on a quarterly basis• Develop, write and forward the communication materials for editing to the management and the leadership, including press releases, blog posts and social media content• Ensure that all communications and publicizing material aligns with KCC policy standardsICT SUPPORTProvide information technology support to KCC:• Assist in the regular maintenance of hardware (computer systems, printers and communications systems).• Assist in basic troubleshooting of devices and telecommunications as issues arise.• Assist in monitoring internet performance.• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment.
